I’ve been trying to download the Architecture Portfolio using Design Cloud but it’s giving me the “fail download” error message. Other templates work fine to download though.

Memory Limit - 128M, please increase this first to at least 512M. See this guide:

I increased the memory limit but getting the same error still.

Can you please also increase your PHP file max upload to 64Mb and the PHP time limit to 300s?
