API Access for an App Creation

I have programmers who need API access to the website I created using X Theme Pro. Website here - https://higherpurposeco.org/. As the homepage on the website is updated, they want to be able to pull that information to the app using API. This way, no one would have to manually update the app.

How do I give them API Access?
