Anchor Point/Jump Link with a button

Hi,
I can not seem to get a jump link working on the button at the bottom of the page https://loving-tu.77-68-9-139.plesk.page/home-4/
I have added an ID to the section below the fold and called it #homerow1-id
I can not seem to get the button to jump to the section - basically just want it to scroll down below the fold.

Thanks for writing to us.

I checked your site it seems that you have added an invalid section ID. Please note you need to add the section ID without harsh (#). When you are adding the ID to the section you need to add the section without harsh like this. Please have a look at the given screenshot below

When you link the section through the button or URL you need to add it hashtag with section ID.
