Anchor menù

Hello,

I would like to use Xtheme for a new project and I need to know if a feature is available:
I need to insert anchor links in the main menù that will work on different pages. To better understand what I mean, there’s an example screenshot.

I want to create a page “notai” with anchors on:

• suite notaio
• KYC antiriciclaggio
• …

A page “avvocati” with anchors

• avvocato my web
• suite avvocato elite
• …

and so on. All the anchors must be working from any page of the website.

Is it possible to make this work?

Hey Valentina,

Do you mean you want a menu for each page? In this case, it’s best to use Pro as you can assign a header for each page so basically you can use a different menu.

Solely based on your screenshot also, you need a menu with pictures? If so, you need to use UberMenu for that. It comes bundled for free in X. You can learn more about UberMenu here https://theme.co/docs/ubermenu

If that doesn’t help, please clarify or detail what you need exactly.

I need a main menù (if possible only one menù for the whole website) with anchors that will work from one page to the other, so that if i’m in the homepage I will be able to click on “www.website.com/page#hashtag” and jump to the anchor!

Yes, you can redirect the menu as you want.

To achieve this first of all add id in a section like my-unique-id.

On the WordPress admin menu, click Appearance > Menus and make sure the menu you want to use is displayed.

In the left column expand the Custom links category.

Enter the full URL of the target page in which the section occurs, followed by the pound sign and your ID. For example, if the section occurs on the page https://www.example.com/goals/ , then your URL would be:
https://www.example.com/pafename/#my-unique-id

Enter whatever link text you want your menu item to display.

Click Add to menu.

Change the URL and id with yours.
