Agency Site Template

Hi,
I’ve installed the Agency site template and it’s not showing up in my template manager.

Also, I already installed the Gym template on my site and want to completely erase all content I’ve created with that template and start over with the Agency template.

How do I do that?

Hi Dave,

Thanks for reaching out.
If you have already imported a template and added content into it, you need to be erased or delete those manually. Regarding, the Agency template, can you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hi,
I don’t really need you to access my login to explain this to me. The article you sent me explains the template manager, however, it is missing one thing, Site templates. (Design Cloud offers Sites, Headers, Presets, Content, Footers). The article you sent is missing an explanation for Site templates. I am familiar with the rest of the templates and how they work, is there documentation somewhere on how to access the content for a full Site template once it’s installed?

As you can see from this screenshot, the Template Manager is missing the item “Sites” that is included in Design Cloud.

Hi Dave,

In the screenshot, the Design Cloud you can import the full site at a time or you can import the specific sections like Header, Footer. The Sites mentioned in the Design Cloud is consists of the content, header, and footers, and that can be used individually once imported. So even if you import a full site, you will get the components in the pieces to use in your website.

Hey David,

The Design Cloud Sites are not templates so they’re not included in the Template Manager. The Sites are pre-made content and pre-configured Theme Options imported to your website.
