After reactivating old site, Xtheme wont register to the same website?

My website www.cntrlplace.com has been down for a year or so, and when I reconnected the domain name x theme says it can’t register the code it says.

“Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.” but that code is connected to the same site and even after unlocking it, it still won’t connect to the site.

Not sure what I’m doing wrong.

Thank you for writing in, I don’t see any of your licenses is associated with http://www.cntrlplace.com, please check your licenses page, and assign that URL http://www.cntrlplace.com to its respective license.
