Advice on Licenses

I need some advice and technique on managing my licenses.

1. Where can I see my licenses? I have seen a page with everything I have, but I cannot find that page anymore. Things have changed.
2. What does a license mean? Time duration. Transferrability.
3. How can I assign a license to someone else? I need to make some of my clients the “owner” of the license, so they can update the theme and its Cornerstone plugin, without my involvement. Also they need to be able to use the Support forum.
4. How does one get a zip file with an updated theme? I had that question on a site this week.

I have read some of the forum posts and they have not answered the above questions.
