Add header image to my site in Ethos

Hello,

I want to do a very simple thing, but I can’t seem to figure out how to do that at the moment. I want to add a header image right above my top navigation. It should appear on every page of my site. I’m using the Ethos stack. How do I do that?

To display banner image above header, you can take a look at Revolution Slider that can be installed from X > Validation > Extensions. For nexts steps, please take a look a following thread.
