Add content below logobar

Hi X Theme

I would like to add some content below the logobar in an X theme site please.

I have searched but cannot find the right code to add to my functions file.

Is there something i can copy and paste into my functions file please?

It is just for a temporary thing. I was using css but now need to add a link so that wont work.
