Activation issue after update

Hello,

I upgraded from X to Pro, and am unable to activate the theme.
If I delete site reference from theme.co or not, it changes nothing. So what should I do?

Hi @hyperson,

Thanks for reaching out.

Since you upgrade your X theme to Pro theme , I assume that the cornerstone plugin is still activated and that’s the reason why it gives you a critical error when activating Pro because Pro has a built in cornerstone . I suggest that you delete the cornerstone plugin first then activate again the Pro theme .

Hi,

I deleted cornerstone, it changes nothing… same error ( Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.)

How do i revoke a site from Themeco? juste delete the website name?

Hi,

I tried with the old and new licence, same error. Do I first need to enter the web site name or is it recistered during activation?

To further help you with your issue, we need to login to your WordPress website. To do that, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Thanks for providing your details.

I went ahead and validate your website and luckily it’s validated successfully. The reason why it is not validating because your default URL is https://www.hyperson.ch/fr but in the production URL it was https://www.hyperson.ch/, so when I change the production URL in your themeco account to https://www.hyperson.ch/fr then it went successfully.
