Acf text field => limit lenght

hi there,
is it possible to limit the lenght shown in frontend?
i use a acf text (wysiwyg editor) to enter the post text. now i try to archive the same result as excerpt and i need to limit the shown lenth in the archive page.
i tried lenght=40, but that does not work.
if that is not possible can i add it as a feature request?

Hi @deranaloge,

I’m sorry, it isn’t possible at this time. There’s quite a bit more we’d like to explore with Dynamic Content sometime after responsive styling is in place so I’ll add this to our list of ideas to consider.
