6.3.0 Beta 3 - Parameter group bug using "noPicker"

In Beta 3 parameters that used the noPicker option within a nested group control now cause the inspector panel to crash:

This is the error that pops into the console on adding the "noPicker" : true, line into an element’s parameters:

This was not occurring in Beta 2

I’ll have a fix for that next beta sorry about that. From the updates on subgroup toggle controls, but I think we can bring those controls to parameters as well. Thanks!
