5.2.0 Beta 1 - Content scrolling options gone?

It seems that content scrolling options are missing from the Bar?

Also it seems the scrolling is not working?

Thanks! Confirmed something is up with those controls. I know there are some conditions when scrolling shouldn’t be possible, so it looks like the checkbox isn’t hiding at the right time. We’ll look into this and make sure it’s working how it was originally intended.
