5.0.1: Dragging Row layout not applying to breakpoints

Hi!

I wanted to change the Row layout for a smaller breakpoint. if I try to drag the handle between the columns, it snaps back. It isn’t changing the value for that particular breakpoint. I am not sure if this is a bug or a limitation.

Thanks! Confirmed. The update is being sent to the base breakpoint instead which shouldn’t be happening.
