404 Error When Click Convert to Pro

Hello. Just purchased X theme today. Upon download I received a message to convert to Pro for $19 (for single use license of pro). When I clicked the Convert to Pro button I receive a 404 error. Is there another way to upgrade to pro at that same price? Thank you.

Please check our docs on how to Convert X to Pro, you just need to pay the difference between X and Pro.

Thank you for the quick reply. Yes, I see that option but that price is $39. The original ‘Convert to Pro’ pop up I received was for $19 but when clicked to purchase only displayed 404 error. Any way to get back to the $19 offer I originally received?

Just also tried to from mt dashboard to convert to pro but I received a 404 error here as well. No ad block or anything on.

May we ask, how much did you paid for X? Currently, X is at $29 at ThemeForest. The conversion fee from X to Pro is always relative to the price paid of X and the current price of Pro.

Can you also clarify where and when did you see the $19 offer? Maybe that was not for X theme but for one of your plugin offering Pro version (hence the confusion).
