404 error doing login during the Pro Validation process

When I click on the “Yes” I get a 404 page not found - help

I did not get a notice on the answer from @ruenel so my previous request was closed because I did not respond. I did get further (one more page) this time though

Thanks for reaching out.

I saw a similar issue and was caused by the Edge browser, could you try using Chrome or Firefox and validate it again? This is a known issue with the old Edge browser and not fixable through the codes, the fix is updating Windows 10 and Edge browser.

Hi @RayBach,

Thank you for providing the login information. The problem was that you had the Pro theme installed but the process of License conversion from X to Pro did not went correctly.

I convert it for you and used the new license code to validate the theme and it worked.
