4.3.0-Beta 2 | Cannot upload templates

Update to Beta 2 try to upload a template of a Row Preset, nothing got uploaded.

@alexander is this fixed in the live version of 4.3.1? as I am still having the same problem. I go to import a template and nothing happens… I can select the template to load but no confirmation, no console errors and most importantly… no uploaded template

Hi @scotbaston,

It’s working for me, but I’ve also seen some other users mention it not working. Would you mind emailing me a copy of the template you’re trying to import? I’ve tried a few different things like including/excluding colors images, etc but haven’t been able to trigger a failed import yet. Thanks!

Thanks! I’ve imported that without an issue on 4.3.2 which we are rolling out on automatic updates presently. If you’re still seeing it in 4.3.2, let me know if I can login to check it out on the site you’re trying to import it (You would need to open a new thread so the login details are private).

Thank you, please try NOT using the drag and drop feature adding a row-content template

Thank you! That was it. I’m sorry for not catching that earlier. The button doesn’t work but dragging/dropping will until we get that fixed.
