23 Header Bar 2 Video Background not playing on any mobile devices

Cant seem to get this to work. staged demo website will run slow, no cacheing etc, going to add the link below in a secured note.

I’ve tested on an iPhone SE, Galaxy Note 8, iPhone X, and a Google Pixel 2 XL.

Background Video in mobile devices or touchscreen devices are disabled. You could check the link below for workaround regarding this concern.
