18 days with no resolution

Hello - I submitted a case that the Cornerston upgrade broke our site.

If we edit existing pages then the cornerstone builder breaks the layout and totally destroys the pages.

I submitted this case 18 days ago.

This far I have been told, it’s not happening, it’s a known error, and it’s fixed.

To date, nothing is fixed. The exact same error is present.

Support has sent me screen shots of broken layouts as example of things “working”.

We are now on a third week of an unusable website and I haven’t received any useful help here.

Can we please get this escalated and looked at as a priority?

This is going to be an unrecoverable experience with the client if it continues.
