My client uses a 13in 2012 macbook and his screen rs is 1200x800 screen res, and yet he is seeing the mobile version of the header.
If i edit to customize to show the computer version of the header to tablets he will see the compute version of the header but the flex setting (i think) are incorrect
Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated.

The 1200x800 site should display like this:
The laptop screen maybe 1200x800, the browser window he is using might be smaller than the entire screen. A browser sidebar might also be active which would be the case as well.
And then please check your custom header. Your bars were hidden/shown with the “Hide During Breakpoints” option. To learn more about this feature, please check this out:
