I use 1 license on 1 site. I opened a subdomain for the same site to work in different languages. I have to use a separate purchase code for the theme used there.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Instead of separate domains for translations, you can translate the same domain in multiple languages and only 1 license would be needed. An easiest way to do it is with a plugin, the supported plugin with our theme is WPML please check the documentation here https://theme.co/docs/wpml
