Rue NelModeratorHello There,
To resolve this issue, please do the following:
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation (https://s3.amazonaws.com/community-themeco/app/uploads/2016/04/17110514/Capture53.jpg).
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.example.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again. And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

This is to ensure that we can provide you with a tailored answer to your situation. Once you have provided us with your URL, we will be happy to assist you with everything.

kimsonwParticipantGood day,
I can’t see a revoke validation link on the “X Addons > Home”.
Thanks.

Michiel dParticipantHello,
I just want to report i had the same issue. I came here to look for a solution but then i noticed something. As it turns out since i am using WPML, one instance/codebase, but each translation on it’s own url. The admin site was still in ‘english’ mode. (My main site is in Dutch, hence i activated the licence with the .nl domain).
How did i fix:
– open https://community.theme.co/my-licenses/
– revoke the license
– copy your license key
– go to the WP admin
– check WPML so your working domain reflecs your hardcoded site-adress (in Settings – General)
– go to the X dashboard
– paste the license keyYMMV ô_O
Hope this helps..
Regards, Michiel ./NL
Update: after a few hours i’m at home, logging in and this X instance is still validated. For me this is [SOLVED]

Kelley ChambersParticipantYep, I’m having the same thing…. gone through all the motions of revoking on theme.co’s site and in the back end of other sites. Yet, I’m STILL getting this error, “Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.”
I’ll post the license key in another reply and mark it private so y’all can tell me what sites are assigned with this key in your records.
