RadModeratorHi there,
Looks like due to cache, I checked again and it now looks okay logged in or not. Please try checking it again.
Thanks!

amunizParticipantPlease explain to me how it looks normal for you all and not to either myself or my partner.
We are now experiencing a new problem.
When I am logged out and in an incognito window our shop looks normal with the exception of a tracking script in the footer. Additionally the background goes from White to grey and the description of some but not all products disappears.
When I am logged in I dont see the script and the page background in the shop looks normal but when I go to preview the product I dont see the description on some products, all of the upsell products display the same image and it appears as if there is no container.
Please help!!

amunizParticipantWe are also having an issue with the background in the Shop pages. It is supposed to be white but it keeps force loading the grey background from the demo files??
I tried to custom edit the CSS and it works until you click something and it changes back.

RadModeratorHi there,
That’s right, I can also see it okay when not logged. Which mean, it’s cache related. Given that it displays issues on multiple occasion but works on certain criteria mean it’s cache. And since it works on incognito means, it’s really cache. Incognito is a private browser that will ignore caches and history.
In cache definition, it will hold and serve content for a specific period. Hence, you’ll see the same content all the time even if you already made some changes. Preventing to see the exact look of your site in real time.
Also, it looks okay on my even I’m logged in. Do your hosting has some sort of built-in caching? Would you mind providing your FTP password? It’s not included on your previous reply. I like to check it there too.
Thanks!

amunizParticipantI have just gotten off an hour and a half conversation with HostGator and it is not a caching problem. I have cleared the cache, expanded PHP memory and still nothing!
The only major changes we have had recently was install of SSL and Woo Commerce. Since then nothing has worked right.
For some reason the background is still calling the demo picture – I have no idea why! Is there any way to get phone support for this?? I am sure it would be MUCH faster

RadModeratorHi there,
We’re only limited to forum tickets and we don’t have phone support. Even if we have, it more likely the same phase since we both don’t know what causes this on your end. In fact, it’s only your site that has this issue as of this moment. There are similar issues before but it’s due to caches and clearing them fixes their issues.
Please try cloning your site to a dev URL on a different host or just on your local. The only way to find out what causes is narrowing the search. You may use All in one migration plugin to clone your site (backup file).
Thanks!
