Hello,

I bought the latest version of X (4.5) and as import result above all failed for integrity 2.

Suddenly, today I have the older version of X (4.3.4) and I try to import demo with the Import Posts and Import Portfolio ticked but still failed.

After that, I UNTICK the import posts and portfolio and SUCCESS.

So what I’m try to ask here is, the latest version got problem?? And i Need to know what is the real problem because im going to develop for my client website for future…

Hi,

We can’t replicate this issue across our test sites.

This is more likely a memory issue since it was successful after excluding the posts and portfolio.

I checked your wp-config.php file and didn’t see the code to increase the memory limit.

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

I went ahead and added it. Can you please try importing again.

Demo content isn’t version specific since it’s just settings and shortcodes.

what i mean is, have u try to import after the themes upgrade?

After the update to 4.5, I try to import the integrity 2 theme. and the result is NEGATIVE..

The same problem happen.

Can your team please handle my case a bit serious?
