    We’re sorry, the demo failed to finish importing. cannot import the theme. already put

    define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
    define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );

    but failed. kindly advise

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hi there,

    Please get in touch with your hosting provider and make sure the following prerequisite are met in your hosting environment.

    – Requests from “theme.co” should not blocked.
    – “allow_url_fopen” should be enabled.
    – cURL support should be enabled.
    – OpenSSL support should enabled.
    – Secure connection (https) should enabled.

    Most probably their firewall might blocking the connection when importing demo content.

    Hi there,

    Were you able to get in touch with your hosting company and got them to check what were mentioned in our previous response? If not, kindly get them to check it since it might be some settings on their end that is blocking the installation. Once you’ve done it and it still does not sort it, kindly give us the permission to try importing it for you.

    Hi there,

    yes, already told them and they doing some tweaking, one after one and still can’t. but now still in searching for solution because after they tweaking, they ask me to import, but still cant. Will update here the progress..

    Hi There,

    I did go ahead and import the INTEGRITY 2 demo on your site manually. But still make sure with your host that those prerequisite above are meet.

    Thanks for the updates! Could please re install X and Cornerstone? You can do this by manually uploading X and Cornerstone files using ftp.

    Hi There,

    That is really strange.

    In order that you can finally start to work on your website I am uploading here Integrity2 for you.

    You have inside the zip files a json file which is your customizer settings. Go to Addons and Import this files into the Customizer Manager.

    The other file is the Cornerstone Template for the Integrity 2 Home page, open a new page, when inside Cornerstone click Templates, Upload and Upload the page. After that you need to insert the page as a template.

    Once you did that you need to go to WP-Admin > Settings > Reading and make that your page your static home page.

    The inner page can be assembled with the pages and blocks provided in Cornerstone.
