    Hi, my visual composer is gone and I only see text code. See attached picture. Visual Composer ist still installed in WordPress but it says it is not activated? I don’t know where the problem is. Thank you. Regards, Gregor

    Hi,

    Can you try re-installing the plugin.

    Deactivate and delete it from the plugins page then install it back again via addons.

    Visual Composer ist deactivated and deleted. Now when I try to reinstall via the add-ons page it says installing since 10 Minutes. How long does the installation need? Thank you.

    I’ve manually installed visual composer from an old x theme zip file and updated it but it’s still the same problem. No Visual Composer on pages…

    Hey There,

    Thanks for writing in!

    Kindly delete this version from the theme and try to install the one which is bundled with the latest version of X theme. Wait for a few more seconds, the Plugin will be installed.
