    is visual composer different than the frontend editor?

    Front end editor seems to work somewhat

    weird thing is i did not do anything, but edit the webpage

    And the Visual Composer just disappeared, and has not returned since

    is there something else i can try?

    You can use screencasify addon for chrome, check this https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/screencastify-screen-vide/mmeijimgabbpbgpdklnllpncmdofkcpn?hl=en

    Then upload video file on your server or dropbox and provide us with its URL.

    I’m not able to access WP dashboard due to following error :

    You have been locked out due to too many login attempts.

    I see you’re using old version of VC, please update it as this could fix the issue.

    Hi there,

    VC editor is now loading fine, please see the attachments.
    Please note that you can’t have combination of VC and X shortcode in one page, you should stick with one editor.

    Would you please check again and confirm that?

    Hi there,

    It could be caching issue on your browser, since I tested your site on chrome and the screen shots show that.
    Please clear cache and check again.

    btw same thing on explorer

    clearing cache does nothing on ipad ( chrome ) nor win ( chrome )

    Actually does not work on any of the browsers on the computers.. only safari on ipad

    not sure what is going on

    Yeah, there is like no way of making it work on anything else except Safari on an iPad

    Chrome/Explorer/Safari/Firefox all do not work on any of the computers
