Paul RModeratorHi David,
I also tried but could not login
There could be ip restrictions in the server that is preventing us to connect.

RadModeratorHi there,
Another support here, and still can’t login with your provided credentials. Do you have any hosting panel that has file manager feature? We could use that instead of FTP.
Thanks!

RadModeratorHi there,
Let’s do this first,
1. Backup you entire site
2. Correct your theme folder installation from /wp-content/themes/x_4.4.2/ to /wp-content/themes/x/
3. Disable your caching and set WP_CACHE to false at your site’s wp-config.phpI can do the 3rd but please backup your site, or perhaps, clone your site to where we can test and change it.
Thanks!

DavidParticipantHi There
Below is what I got from the hosting company, I hoping we get to the bottom of this soon enough:
Login details are correct. I infer their IP address has been blocked in our server end.
Please get back to us with their IP address so that we can assist you accordingly.
FYI:
As you guys are using Filezilla. Please refer below details also.
—
a. Disable your local firewall and try.b. Use “Plain FTP” as your encryption method in FileZilla
——–
1. Go to FTP
2. Click on Site Manager under the File menu.
3. And select “only use plain FTP (insecure) from the “Encryption” drop down.
——–c. Increase the server timeout value or disable this option. If Filezilla, click on “Edit” then choose settings. There you will be able to see the option “Timeout in seconds”, set it to 0 to disable this option.
Thanks guys I appreciate your help here

ChristianModeratorHey there,
I logged in to your FTP successfully. I went to the themes folder and saw that your x folder is named differently, x_4.4.2 (see attachment). It should be x only. Please rename it to x and check if the issue persists.
If that doesn’t help, please clear all caches and disable all third party plugins while we investigate.
Thanks.
