DavidParticipantHi there
I got this from the wpbakery support:
“The issue is because there is a Visual Composer related code present in your theme added by the theme author. You will have to get rid of it. I would advise you to do so with the help of theme author, otherwise you might loose the extra elements added by him. Once this is done, you can install the standalone plugin and it will work fine. Kindly check.”

Many thanks

JoaoModeratorHi There,
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If you cant solve by doing that.
Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
Thanks,
Joao

JadeModeratorHi David,
Would you mind temporarily disabling all third party plugins while we conduct some testing so that we could make sure that the image element is not conflicting to another plugin? Thank you.

Rue NelModeratorHello David,
I have thoroughly inspected everything but I found nothing that will resolve the issue. I wanted to re install Cornerstone and even check some files in your server. Regretfully the given ftp access is not working for us. Would you mind double checking it so that we can continue and have some further investigation in your site?
Thank you.

Nabeel AModeratorHi again,
Thank you for providing the credentials! You’ve multiple instances of X theme on your server and your child theme is broken as well. Please remove extra instances of X theme to avoid such conflicts.
Let us know how this goes!
