I never provided my credentials. Like I said previously, I would like to solve the issue myself if at all possible.

I am having a problem with [/x_tab] [/x_tabs] showing right before “Related Products” and right before “Additional Info” with WoooCommerce.

    It’s a brand new install of x-Theme (v4.6.0).
With Cornerstone (v1.3.0), I had trouble installing Cornerstone but believe I got it ok.

I disabled the Additional information section from displaying but I want the Related Products section to display.

One of the products can be found at http://silvertonconsulting.com/cms1/product/san-nas-storage-buying-guide/ or
    http://silvertonconsulting.com/cms1/product/san-nas-bg-3yr-subscription/

but all of them have shown the same problem. I have disabled the related products section on all the rest of the products but for the two product pages listed above it will remain on.

    Regards,
    Ray

    Hi There,

If you already updated or re-installed cornerstone manually and still not working, we need to check your setup closer because we could not determine the problem. You can share us your admin credentials in private reply to ensure that it is view to you and our staff only.

    Updating manually instruction: https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/

    Thanks.

Gosh, even after disabling the related products there’s still [/x_tab] [/x_tabs] code showing up at the bottom of all the product pages…

When I updated to the latest x-Theme Sunday, my site went down (White screen of death). So I had to disable all plugins, and changed the name of the x-theme directory (changing the theme to default=2016).

At that point, I was now able to login to the admin page and started installing all the plugins, one by one from WordPress plugin directory.

After I did all that. I then installed the x-theme and activated it. But none of my cornerstone pages would display properly.

So I happened to have the old Cornerstone plugin in another directory and just copied that one to the current plugin directory.

So do I need to deactivate and delete x-theme, delete cornerstone plugin and then re-install x-THeme?

    Reds,
    Ray

    Hey Ray,

Rubin here, I am in charge of the Support Team. I can understand that you would like to solve the problems on your own but we are at a point where it just makes a lot more sense that we take a look and see what goes on otherwise this will be an even longer forth and back and our goal is to provide you with quick and efficient support but without login credentials it’s just a guessing and trying. Please provide us with your login credentials and we will take a look what’s going on.

If you installed a plugin called “Cornerstone” from the official WordPress repo then this is not our plugin and not our builder and that’s the reason why your shortcodes are not rendering. You need to install our Cornerstone from our Extensions list at X Addons.

    Rubin,

This is Wes. At this point there are three different customers on this thread you are helping and there seems to be some confusion on which customer is which. I was the original customer who started this thread and the one you were responding to above. I have since deleted the other “Cornerstone” plugin so that is not a part of the issue any longer.

I really would like to try to manually install Cornerstone myself. I was given a link to download it in a previous response: http:///wpcontent/themes/x/framework/plugins/cornerstone.zip

That link doesn’t seem to work. Do you have any other day for me to download it?

    Thanks,
    Wes

    Actually the link was:

    http://quik-cast.com/wp-content/themes/x/framework/plugins/cornerstone.zip

That did not work as well.

    Hi there,

X shortcodes plugin should be deleted before installing Cornerstone. It’s for older version of X, while Cornerstone is for latest X.

    Thanks!

    I appreciate your help!
