    Rad.
    I’ve noticed that when it is full width it loses user interaction.
    I’ve been changing settings back and forth and when I set “Force Cover”, the full width gets activated but user controls disappear.
    Is this not the case on your end? I’m on a macbook pro with yosemite in Chrome.
    We’ve moved forward because video is FullWidth now and loops, that’s awesome, but I can’t get it to play on mobile because user interface disappears, and user interface would be great also because people can activate sound if they want, but they don’t get annoyed by it unwillingly.
    Please let me know if you understand what I mean.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing back!

    In Revolution Slider in slider settings, under navigation make sure you have all options enabled as needed and don’t have any visibility controls set (for hiding under a certain amount of pixels).

    Let us know if even with the navigation enabled and force cover the controls still disappear. We’re here to help. 🙂

    So i’ve gotten to the point where my video loops in a full width slider but I can’t get user interaction while keeping the full width. If I deactivate “Force Cover” I recover user controls but lose the full width.

    Is getting all I want impossible? I want the user interface so that the video can be played on mobile and so that the viewers can bring up the volume if they want.
    I also really like the full width and would like to keep it.
    I’m happy it’s looping.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for the updates! Regretfully you cannot have both. You can only choose one at a time.
    This is something we can add to our list of feature requests. This way it can be taken into consideration for future development. All of these items are discussed with our team internally and prioritized based on the amount of interest a particular feature might receive.

    Although Rue Nel said I can’t have both at the time, I looked for the navigation settings you mentioned and they are not available on my Revolution Slider settings (img attached) Any idea why this is?

    Hi there,

    You need to choose the other type of slider. The Hero type slider has no navigation setting, and it could be the type that is currently selected. Hero type slider is just one slide type and no need for navigation.
