    Hello There,

You have to select which section background feature you will use. If you opted to use a video background, you have to supply the video url and the url of the background image poster. Please see my screenshot here: http://prntscr.com/cqfv68

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

Website visitors using Windows 7 or lower on their computer cannot see the video on: https://forevermusic.nl/fm-final/
Is there a solution for users that haven’t upgrade their machines yet?

    thanks

    Hi Bouke,

If they are using older Internet Explorer then they might face issue and there is no solution since Microsoft itself abandoned IE.

    Thanks!

    Hi Rupok,

    Thanks for your answer.

It’s IE and Firefox on Windows 7 systems. Is there an option to setup a poster image as for responsive mobiles for these W7 users?

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

I have Windows 7 and it works. Are they testing in on Windows 7 with touch feature? Because no matter how big it’s, it’s still considered mobile. And videos on mobile category aren’t auto played.

    Thanks!

    Hi Rad,

No they are not testing with a touch feature. Which browser and version are you using on your W7 machine?

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

I’m testing it on Chrome (53.0.2785.143 m), IE 11 ( 11.0.9600.17843 ), and Firefox ( 49.0.1 ) and video play okay. What device you’re testing it on? Like model and unit.

    Thanks!
