    Indeed. I’m working with them as well on a solution.

    Why do I see the “Hola! Would you like to receive automatic updates and unlock premium support? Please activate your copy of Visual Composer.” message in the admin view? I installed VC through the X-Addons interface. I was under the impression that it’s license is included in the theme. How can I properly activate VC?

    Unfortunately, the steps at that link didn’t work for me. I still see that “Please activate your copy of Visual Composer.” banner.

    Also, when I click the big blue “Activate Visual Composer” button on the Visual Composer Settings Product License page and login with my Envato account, it tells me that I have no licenses available. I imagine that’s expected behavior, but it still leaves me with the same problem.

    Would you mind giving us access to your cPanel?

    Thanks.

    Hi Kristen,

    Thank you for the credentials.
    This notice was remove by X on the integration. I did check the code responsible for this and it seems there on your site. The file is updated. Please try to purge/clear site cache on your hosting. Your site might need to generate new content from the updated code. Do let us know how this goes.

    Yes! The VC editor seems to be working for now. Thanks.

    However, another problem has come up. At a developer’s suggestion I changed two php settings in cpanel: I increased the max execution time to 40000 and the memory limit to 512M.

    Now, when I visit some of the site pages (as a regular visitor) I see a bunch of “undefined variable errors” on the rendered page.

    See http://www.mainstreethartsville.org/programs/farmers-markets/ or
    http://www.mainstreethartsville.org/programs/

    Screenshots attached, but the errors read like this:

    Notice: Undefined variable: fade_duration in /home/mainobnj/public_html/wp-content/themes/x/framework/functions/global/plugins/visual-composer.php on line 5173

    Notice: Undefined variable: bg_color in /home/mainobnj/public_html/wp-content/themes/x/framework/functions/global/plugins/visual-composer.php on line 5234

    Hi there,

    I don’t see them anymore, but to make sure it will not appear anymore I changed your debug’s setting at wp-config.php

    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );

    Cheers!
