    Turn The Grid on and you will see the issue. See screenshots in my post #1238071.

    Hi there,

    Thanks, I can see it now and confirmed it. I’ll be forwarding this as a bug, the cause of this is due to Media library as the source type and it’s outputting attachment HTML code to cornerstone’s ajax response.

    Is a patch far off? Are there any workarounds?

    Hi there,

    I think yes, the issue is that media library’s attachment code is added on cornerstone’s ajax response and displayed on the preview. There is no available quick fix since it’s related to core and 3rd party plugin.
