    Hi there,

    The issue is causing by ‘the grid’ plugin as I removed the grid on X support page, CS started to work correctly. According to changeloge page (https://theme.co/changelog/), current version of x is compatible with The Grid v2.1.0 , while yours is 1.6.0. Please update plugin.

    It shows The Grid is up to date? How do I upgrade it?

    Hi there,

    Please click on ‘check again’ button on ‘http://exapmle.com/wp-admin/update-core.php’ several times to see available updates. Before doing that, disable caching plugins.

    Have updated The Grid but the issue persists… it definitely has something to do with The Grid as turning the plugin off does fix the problem… I’ve cleared the cache of the grid but it doesn’t seem to help, any other ideas?

    Hi there,

    Please disable your The Grid and update it. That issue is present on 1.6.0 which disable other updates, you can only update your The Grid if you will disable it. Once update, it should fix the update issue caused by The Grid.

    I have disabled The Grid and updated it to v2.1.0, but the issue with Cornerstone is still there, so it is an issue with The Grid

    Hi there,

    Yes, that last recommendation is just to fix automatic update that is not displaying.

    And please provide your login credentials with correct username. It says incorrect username and not the password, all the provide credential has same username.
