Bob & Sheila MParticipantI’m glad that the thing “fixed itself” but I need to know what to do to prevent it from happening again.
The only new action I took was to try and deactivate my site license and reactivate it again.
In doing this my account now shows the site license listed twice for the same site. When I saw this I initially thought I had repurchased the license but nothing has showed on my credit card so I’m satisfied that didn’t happen.
Is there anything I should do to remove the older site license or just leave it showing the site twice and don’t play with fate?

JoaoModeratorHi Bob,
Maybe there was a caching issue or something like this, is hard to tell.
Why would you think you have two licenses on the site? There is just place for one.
As I can see you have 2 X Licenses, once should be used on this site and the other in another site.
You can control your licenses here.

If you just purchased one license and you have a duplicated license please let us know, sometimes that can happen and we need to fix it manually.
Thanks
