Bob & Sheila MParticipantGreetings
I’ve tried twice today to update my theme as advised by the update notification.
I get the following error:
An error occurred while updating X: Could not copy file. x/framework/tco/img/admin/icons.svg
What do you suggestAugust 4, 2016 at 1:04 pm #1117620
Bob & Sheila MParticipantI just tried again to update and got THIS error:
Could not copy file. x/framework/tco/js/dist/admin/tco.jsAugust 4, 2016 at 1:34 pm #1117675
RahulModeratorHey There,
Thanks for writing in!
Here is the Step by Step process that should work to register your site, you can even try yourself before providing us your WP Admin Credentials, but if you prefer that you take care of it for you just provide the credentials.
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation. If you haven´t registered skip to step 2.
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license. https://community.theme.co/my-account/
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url:https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again. If you still get an error, let us know the credentials and we will look after you.
Thanks!

Bob & Sheila MParticipantI’ve gone to x-addonns ? home as you indicate in step 1 and I don’t see anything that allows me to revoke my validation.
I”ve attached a screenshot of what shows when I go there.
What do you suggest?August 5, 2016 at 10:55 am #1119011
Bob & Sheila MParticipantDisregard my last comment. I found it (it’s well hidden)

Bob & Sheila MParticipantI’ve just looked at our account and it appears that I have now purchased a second license in attempting to follow instructions from Rahul in an earlier reply to my request.
Is this possible?
I’ve attached a screenshot of our account page.

Bob & Sheila MParticipantGreetings (again)
Shortly after updating my request with the ftp credentials, I went back to the site and tried once again to do an auto update and it worked.
I don’t know what happened to start all of this or to fix it but it’s now fixed.
Thanks for staying with me in this process.
You may have have some thoughts on what could have happened.
Regards
