    Hello There,

    I am now logged in. I have tried validating X using your license code and I encounter this message:

    
    Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. 
    You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.

    Please make sure that you have assign the license code to your domain that you are trying to validate. I have made further testing and this time around, I used a testing license code. After inserting the testing license code, it successfully gets validated (http://prntscr.com/bohuhv).

    I want you to revalidated your X theme again because I will be revoking your domain from the test license code. You need to do the following:
    1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation (https://s3.amazonaws.com/community-themeco/app/uploads/2016/04/17110514/Capture53.jpg).
    2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
    3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
    4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

    i followed the steps correctly mentioned above but no success, yet!! still showing the same error.

    Hey There,

    I’ve traced this to the root of the cause: The purchase code you’ve used is having a formatting issue. Can you provide me with the “raw” purchase code from the envato text file so I can add that one to your account. Once that’s done it will validate fine.

    I’ve managed to trace the purchase code and now it’s assigned to your account and you’re all set. Validating will work now just fine.
