FriechModeratorHi There,
What is you login page? I tried /wp-admin and /wp-login.php but neither work. And can you confirm that your X|Theme and Cornerstone is up to date? (4.5.1 and 1.2.4 respectively)
Thanks.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Regretfully we were unable to login to your site. The login page is nowhere to be found. For the meantime, to validate X please do the following:
1] Please login to your account and assign the license. You need to assign the license to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
2] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again. And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

usanchitParticipantHi there,
Sorry for the late reply, spoke to my hosting and they told me that they had some restrictions on servers. Can you please try now and hopefully you find /wp-admin.php.

JoaoModeratorHi There,
I am still getting the same error as my colleagues.
Did you change your login page from /wp-admin to anything else?
If no, please check again with your host if he disable any restrictions.
In the meanwhile please do the following:
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation.
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license. https://community.theme.co/my-account/
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.Let us know how it goes

usanchitParticipantHi there
I asked because then i would unblock all the server restrictions for every country,

RahulModeratorThat would be the appropriate thing to do for a while as we try to troubleshoot your issue. You may add the restrictions back when the issue has been resolved.
Thanks
