    Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! Could your please do the following:

#1. Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation.
#2. Please login to your account and revoke the license.
#3. After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
#4. Go back to X Addons again, and insert the license again.

And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

    Hope this helps.

    Hi There,

Thanks for the credentials, but I was denied by the Sucuri WebSite Firewall. Would you mind deactivating all your 3rd party plugins and see if you can successfully revoke the site.

And one more thing, can you check if you assign the correct URL to your purchased code.

    Cheers!

Hello at this time is impossible revoke the license, the pads still in green, I can capture this error after of click in the revoke license link:

    https://automationlasso-store.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 500 ()

I’ve deactivated all 3rd party plugins.

Can you provide a static IP for whitelist it in my firewall?

    Hi there,

Thanks for updating the thread! Regretfully we are not able to provide you with a static IP for whitelisting. Our team members are located in different parts of the world. Perhaps you can deploy a development copy of your site to a domain or folder that is excluded from your firewall or perhaps you can temporarily exclude your site so we can check.

It may also be possible that your security settings are conflicting with the validation. We can’t say for sure as we are not able to get access to your site and take a look.

Please do update us on how that goes – thanks!

    Hi there,

Is there a chance that you could temporarily disable the firewall of your website so that we could check it? We cannot provide a static IP to be whitelisted because we, the support team come from different countries and different support member might check this thread in the next response.

    Thank you.

Hello I’m having troubles trying deactivate the firewall, exist a way for install and update the plugins included in the X-Theme license manually?
I think that is the best solution for me, because I can’t modify my DNS each time that I want update some plugin.

My firewall works with a DNS A Record.

    Hello There,

If you unassign the license in your account, in your WP dashboard, it would still looks like it is validated. However, you can no longer update any plugin. It will result into an error like what you have experienced.

To resolve this issue, please do the following:
1] Please login to your account and reassign the license. You need to assign the license to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
2] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

All is fine until the point: “2] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.”

I can revoke the validation in my site. The pads are in green always, as if my site are activate permanently.

    Hi there,

Thanks for writing back! If you review our Validation Connection Issues article then you will notice the major validation issue occurs for firewall and you are using a strong firewall and I think that’s preventing the validation and installing plugins as well.

Kindly disable the Firewall and try again. Also you can follow the above linked article to check other issues as well. You need to manage your time and do this as we don’t have access to your site. Unfortunately we can’t assist you on this much if you don’t co-operate.

    Thanks for understanding.
