    Hi,

    Can’t make changes to this website using VisualComposer backend editor. Used to work before.

    Website url: sagehealthandwellness.com
    Wordpress version: 4.7
    X version: 3.2.5

    Please help ASAP.

    Thanks for writing in! Are your using the latest WordPress? Thanks for updating the thread! Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

    Our latest versions are:
    X Theme: 4.6.4
    Cornerstone: 1.3.3
    Visual Composer: 5.0.1

    Please deactivate and delete X Shortcodes 3.0.5 plugin. Please take note that X shortcodes 3.0.5 and its functionality has been consolidated into Cornerstone which you can install by going to X Addons > Extensions. Cornerstone will get installed automatically in the latest version of X. To know more about Cornerstone, please check it here: https://theme.co/cornerstone/

    You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

    Hi there,

    Please duplicate your site in a staging domain and follow our previous replay to update theme and plugin. Updating won’t delete your content, so I don’t know what you mean by ‘it deleted your content’.
