We’ve tried installing a plugin and it got stuck. There seems to be something in the installation that created the issue and may also be the cause of the validation issue. Would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials so we can take a closer look and fix the issue?
To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– FTP Hostname
– FTP Username

Hello There,
Thank for providing the ftp. I have checked everything. I’ve increased your PHP memory limit. I reinstalled X theme. I re install WordPress core files and still nothing has changed. I even installed Transient Cleaner to clear any transient data within your database yet nothing happens. It is still has the same issue. I am guessing that there has to be something in your database which may have caused this. Perhaps a database caching or even database errors. This isn’t normal at all. Could you please install a staging site on another folder in this same hosting account so that we can check if there has to be something in this WP installation?
