    WordPress 4.6.1
    X Theme 4.6.3
    http://www.pinksquare.com
    Cornerstone Version 1.3.3

Hi guys, having an annoying problem. I recently change website, but assigned the new site, updated key, etc. etc.
    1. I get the message “This X license is not validated.” in the WP backend.
    2. I enter the Envato Purchase Code and get a “Your site is validated”
    3. I click anywhere in WP backend and then it again says “This X license is not validated.”
and then I can start over.

I have attached some screenshots for you to look at.

    Hi There,

Thanks for writing in! On your Manages Licenses page replace the URL with this http://www.pinksquare.com

    Then revoke/re-validate the site again.

Let us know how it goes.

    Cheers!

    Hi there,

That’s sounds unusual. We need to check from your site. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

    Hi there,

That’s really looks weird as it validate but again shows not validated. Would you remove the domain from the license and assign again?

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

Upon checking your current setup, most probably you’re experiencing this issues because of your PHP version running on your server. You’re currently running PHP v5.3.24 which is considered as outdated and cause incompatibility issues. Could you please try contacting your hosting provider and ask them to update your PHP version to at least v5.6.0 or above and see if that resolves your issues.

Let us know how it goes.
    Thanks!

    Hello There,

Thanks for updating in! Please do try PHP 5.4 version. The validation should work in that version. Please keep in mind that WordPress 4.5 requires at least 5.6 (https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/). In most cases you cannot update your PHP version yourself and need to contact your host about this. The upgrade process is an easy process and should be something your host can do for you without affecting your website or charging you for it. Here’s a letter you can send to your hosting company:

    Dear host,

I\'m interested in running the open-source WordPress <https://wordpress.org/> web software and
I was wondering if my account supported the following:

    - PHP 5.6 or greater
    - MySQL 5.6 or greater
    - The mod_rewrite Apache module

    Looking forward to your reply.

Hope this helps. Kindly let us know.
