    Hi Rad it was all working, I decided to update and now the site does not seem to want to connect to the server.. will message 123.reg and see if they can help and then can try the above… thanks for all your help.

    Hi there,

    Looks like they are blocking the connections between your host and our server. Please try whitelisting these IPs 54.231.82.114 and 208.117.43.145.

    Everything has now validated – thank you!!!!!!!!! I’m not sure how but it has!
