FitnesschrysalisParticipantHey there
I had this issue before & thought I had solved it – it seems to have come back again.
I have two websites hosted on 1 server.
http://www.example.com is where both sites are hosted.
The second site is hosted in http://www.example.com/secondswebsite – and has a separate url pointing to this site. I have purchased a license for each website, but can’t seem to validate the website in the sub folder.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Fanks!

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for writing in! To properly validate each of your site, please do the following:
1] Please login to your account and assign the license. You need to assign the license to your site using this url: https://www.example.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
2] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license.
3] You need to repeat the steps 1 and 2 to validate yoursecondswebsitewebsite. Again, you have to make sure that url you will assign is the same as the one you have in your secondswebsite settings, Settings > General > Site AddressAnd please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. RahulModeratorHey There,
Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)
You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/x/member/changelog/) Then you can compare them to whatβs installed on your site.
If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.
Kindly double check it and see if the problem still persists.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for the updates! Using a test license, I tried validating your site. It seems that there is a JS error on the page. Please see this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/c5gyjc
I would highly suggest that you update your X theme and Cornerstone manually. To know more how you can do it, please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/
Hope this helps.

FitnesschrysalisParticipantThank Rue, as mentioned in the previous messages, I have been updating the theme/cornerstone & wordpress manually. Did you manage to update the plugins that are not updating (mentioned above).
With the JS error on the page.. could you give me any advice? Is there a problem that is with the hosting server?
FANXS !!!

RadModeratorHi there,
Hmm, your site is not reachable on my end and it’s not loading. Then it now redirects to another one, is this multi-site? Would you mind providing your hosting’s login credential as well? I like to check some setting.
Thanks!
