    Hi there,

    The highest the better, but it’s not necessary just as long as you match your image size to your target screen size.

    Your image is 1170px width.

    Please upload an image 1600px width to your slider.

    Can you give us the direct link of that banner? I did check your Media Library, but there’s so many version. I am not sure which one is the latest.
