Peter WParticipantI found a couple of threads about the video being disabled for touch devices. What a shame. Touch devices are getting so popular. I am on a Dell laptop with a touch screen and so many people are viewing the web on touch screen devices these days.

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Thanks for your feedback and I believe things should change soon for the reason you just mentioned.
Unfortunately this is a limitation imposed by Revolution Slider where the background videos won´t work on Mobile and Touchscreen devices. There is a chance that this could be changed with some custom development but that would be out of the scope of our support.
What I could recommend you is to try to use a video layer instead of a video background and that should work.
Hope that helps,
Joao

Peter WParticipantIs there any way to troubleshoot the lack of icons in Cornerstone? I have tried disabling the plugins, reinstalling Cornerstone, reinstalling WordPress (and updating yesterday), and completely rebuilding the site from scratch. On the Localhost, the icons are there. It is only after migrating to the dev site that they disappear.

LelyModeratorHello Peter,
Upon checking, I can see that your X theme is not validated yet. Please validate it first. This link might help:https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/. When I tried to access your Addons homepage, I got errors on your console too. Then I found out your X theme is inside X folder. See attached screenshot. Your X theme should be inside this folder wp-content/themes/ not this wp-content/themes/x. You don’t need to put it inside another X folder.
Hope this helps.

Peter WParticipantGreetings again…….I think everything is as it should be. I deleted X and reinstalled it, then made sure it was validated. I still do not have any icons in Cornerstone.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
I am another staff checking on this thread! I have logged in to your site and so far I did not encounter any errors. I am seeing all the icons in Cornerstone. Please see my screenshot here: http://prntscr.com/bkbe94
I would recommend that you clear your browser’s cache or use Chrome’s incognito mode or other browser’s private browsing mode and test again your site. Please let us know how it goes.

Peter WParticipantThanks to all of you……..Once I took the site “live”, the icons appeared…..not sure what the issue was but it is fixed now.
