bsjolingParticipantHello?
response times seem to be dropping off… 🙁January 18, 2017 at 10:02 am #1335213
JackKeymasterHi there,
I’m afraid your FTP details didn’t work unfortunately.
I have taken a look though at the WordPress install itself and the different products. I believe at this stage it’s most likely a caching issue.
Try deactivating W3 Total Cache (after emptying all caches) then in your wp-config.php remove the defines the plugin adds and then remove the code it adds to the .htaccess. In addition Siteground has a range of caching, please make sure all this is deactivated as this will also effect the images. Once all the caching is off, re-generate the images and check if working correctly. Then we can try and find a caching setup that works.
Thanks! 🙂

bsjolingParticipantI only just turned W3TC on today, would be seriously surprised (actually that’s a lie, I have no idea how it all fits together!!)if it was that. However, I shall do as suggested and get hold of siteground and chat to them too. Same with cloudflare.. Sounds like a plan. Whilst there I’ll try again to get you ftp credentials.
Got an ongoing hackattack too 🙁Don’t you guys ping an email when you reply? Im so eager to see what you’ve got to say 🙂

bsjolingParticipantOk..
as suggested, I have disabled cloudflare, W3TC, and siteground supercache, with cache flush, and then regenerated thumbs.
Same issue.
now… initial image is one of the 2 (in the series of 4) that ‘don’t work’, tho it zooms in nicely, ie works, until the image is changed for one of the thumbs.(note, only the middle images are the original ‘working’ ones, so its loading ok.January 19, 2017 at 7:10 am #1336595

RadModeratorHi there,
Been testing too and can’t find what’s wrong, all my findings lead me to your plugin, especially it change the URL to this
https://www.nobodyinlondon.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/skeleton-fetus2-1500×1500.jpg?viaCloudZoom
Which has 404 status and display a page instead of an image.
Maybe the plugin’s permalink has to be rewritten to acknowledge viaCloudZoom token? I can’t really dig deeper into your plugin’s core, it’s not our plugin. Please contact them and see if you can find more information about the issue. Please provide the URL I provided, and tell them that 404 error is triggered in browser console when clicking the image or by initiating the preview.
Without the plugin, the image and gallery work just as long as the lightbox is enabled in the Woocommerce setting.
Thanks!

bsjolingParticipantlooks like this is the only one working at all now…

bsjolingParticipantdoes the media library ‘attach’ (uploaded to) column mean anything?
January 20, 2017 at 12:06 am #1337906
RadModeratorHi there,
Attaching to a product/post means it belongs to that item. It’s useful when pulling images of specific post, but it’s not related to the zoom since it uses a gallery. Have you contacted the plugin author? Is it config related?
Thanks.
