rojacParticipantHey there, Joao:
I still don’t see the main slider that resides Above the navigation bar.
I use both a PC and a Mac and I use Safari, Chrome and Firefox and don’t see the slider on any of those options.

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Upon Checking your page the Slider Revolution now it is working above and below the masthead.
Please clarify the issue.
Thanks

rojacParticipantPlease see the image attached where the slider rev should be displayed but isn’t (actually, sometimes the small slider shows up and sometimes it doesn’t)

RadModeratorHi there,
Looks like it’s complete broken, it has this error even by previewing them in admin. Newly created slider aren’t working too.
Uncaught TypeError: b.compare_version is not a functionThere could be missing the feature, or not properly loading. Is it okay if I disable all your other plugins? Please backup your site first.
Thanks!

rojacParticipantYeah, sure. Do whatever we need to do to get it fixed please

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Your slider is working, would you mind clearing your browser cache and checking again?
If you don´t see it let us know what browser and device you are using while experiencing the issue,
Let us know,
Joao

rojacParticipantGuys:
We keep saying the same thing over and over: The “small slider” SOMETIMES appears on the page as your pic shows and sometimes doesn’t. And the header slider “Slider 1” never shows (although the space for it appeared briefly as the homepage was loading).
And, as stated above, I use both a PC and a Mac and I use Safari, Chrome and Firefox
I really do appreciate all your time invested in trying to solve this issue, but if we can’t fix it fast please say so and I’ll just convert the site to a different theme. I’m not slamming X — I do love the theme — but if it can’t work with Rev Slider then I’ll live without it.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Can you please login to your CloudFlare account and clear your site cache. It would also be a good idea to turn on the development mode so that we can really check where the issue is coming from.
Kindly let us know.

rojacParticipantWell that (the Cloudflare exercise) solved many of the issues. I did have to readjust the padding of some of my images on other pages and Deactivate the “Slider Settings: Below Masthad” (no idea how that got turned on) but the good news is that everything now shows up and performs as it should.
I am, however, still experiencing a Cornerstone issue. Namely, when I use Cornerstone to edit the homepage all I see is the Slider 1 but none of the page content (see image attached).

RadModeratorHi there,
I checked and the cornerstone data in that particular page is corrupted. Have you done some migration or search replace before? The only solution for that is restoring to the date where it’s still working, or re-do the content again.
Thanks for understanding.

rojacParticipantHi Rad:
Nope, I didn’t do any migration or search and replace.
Also . . . 🙁 my slider is back to not showing up on Firefox or on Safari (it was working over the weekend). I even turned off CloudFlare and went back to my hosting company’s servers and still no slider rev showing

ChristianModeratorFor your page, you’ll need to restore a backup when your page was working.
For the slider, please try the solutions suggested here https://www.themepunch.com/faq/troubleshooting-tips-for-5-0/
Thanks.
