    Hi guys:

I have the most recent version of X installed (4.6.4) and just updated Slider Revolution to 5.3.0.2 and suddenly, my slider presentation displays only a large white empty box.

All my slides are still in place, but for some reason Slider Rev isn’t displaying them.

    Help

    Hi There,

There is a bug that is happening in isolated installations we are studying what it is togheter with Theme Punch and we should release an update soon.

In the meanwhile I reccomend you to downgrade your Slider Revolution.

You can download Slider Revolution from the link below and acess your site via FTP and go to the folder:

wp-content/plugins/ remove the folder revslider and add the folder inside the zip file you will download from the link below:

    Thanks for understanding,

    Joao

After clearing all cache, i have the downgraded slider revolution slider activated. The slider shows up but im getting:
Warning: : trim() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given…. as the background of the slider, this wasnt showing up before the xtheme update.

    Hi There @rojac,

I cant access your login page, it seems you’re using an old version of Revolution Slider (http://prntscr.com/d4xst5). The latest compatible version is 5.3.0.2 and it contain some bug fixes.

Make sure to clear your site caching plugin/feature after doing the update.

    Thanks.

    Hi Friech:

Yes, I’m using an old version of Rev Slider. If you look at the thread above Joao instructed me to downgrade Rev Slider and even provided a link to the approved version: https://www.dropbox.com/s/5poy9ywysds1tfr/revslider%20%281%29.zip?dl=0

Are you saying I should disregard Joao’s instructions and go back to using the new version of Rev Slider that wasn’t working either?

    Hi There,

Sorry for the confusion, let´s keep the old version for now, It is a bugless version so I believe will be easier to find what is causing the problem.

If you are referring to your home page, your slider is working fine on my end, I have tested on Chrome and Firefox.

Would you mind to clear your cache and test it again?

Also please let us know how Browser ande device you are using while experiencing the issue

    Thanks

    Joao
